Amanda was our realtor for about a year. We searched from out of state and used to drive into KY on specific dates. Amanda was always accommodating to our hectic schedule and even when she wasn't available to physically show us a home, she made sure to provide us with someone that could. She also demonstrated many Zoom showings to alleviate us traveling for no reason. Amanda connected us with helpful people for the home inspection and mortgage loan. She was responsive and knowledgeable on things within the market as well as paying extra attention to sellers disclosures that changed while we were looking at a house to ensure buyer safety on our end. Overall, Amanda was truly amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to her looking to purchase a home.
