You MUST talk to Amanda Preisinger to help keep the home buying process go smoothly and effectively. We couldn’t have had such an easy buying process without her. A week before we talked to Amanda, we attempted to buy a home on our own, which was NOT a good idea. We needed a realtor. So, we contacted Amanda and she was immediately ready to help us. I was about two weeks away from having a baby, and she was so considerate to working around the pregnancy and baby’s arrival when it came to viewing homes. She understood our picky-ness and found us EXACTLY what we needed. She was efficient with walking us through the steps of buying a home from the home search to the offer to closing. We could not have done this without her. We placed the offer on the home 30 days ago and we were able to close in exactly 30 days with no hiccups, problems, or concerns. She was an amazing communicator and guided us throughout the entire process smoothly. Shoot, we bought a house with a 2 1/2 year old AND a newborn.
