Mrs. Pipkins gave me an excellent experience when it came to selling my home. She gave almost daily updates as whether there were showings or any interest from potential home-buyers. She decorated the home with her own decor to make it feel cozy so the home-buyers would have their interest peaked. She also gave multiple options, along with her own opinion, on every process of selling the home, for instance; how much to list the home, when to schedule an open-house, and what kind of counter-offers to put in place. Mrs. Pipkins also looked through the house and let me know what kind of small corrections that needed to be done, whether it be painting walls/ceilings or ensuring all the light bulbs work. I never had a doubt that I would sell my home in a reasonable time with Mrs. Pipkins as my realtor. Thank you so much!!

Amanda has been wonderful in the home buying process. I’m a first time home buyer and Amanda was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She was also very flexible with my schedule and readily available when I had questions. She would email me new listings as soon as they came out, and modify her search to find homes more adequate to what I was looking for. I wasn’t really looking to purchase a house till closer to August, but within a couple of days into May, I found my home. The first house I saw I knew I wanted to purchase, but to keep my options opened Amanda kindly showed me other listings. After a week of debating and contemplating, we put in an offer. Amanda assisted me in putting in an excellent offer. She even added things to the offer that I would have never thought to add and the seller accepted! I highly recommend Amanda to first time home buyers or buyers in general. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond what I had expected.
