When the bids came in, she made sure I could understand the pros and cons of each of them. After the inspection, she helped manage the repairs that needed to be done. It was fantastic to let Amanda get bids and supervise the repairs so that I didn't have to take the time off from work. Amanda listened closely to what I wanted in my new house and found my dream home. From the first conversation we had to closing day, Amanda was a delight to work with.
