Amanda Parmer

Amanda sold a home for us about 5 years ago after being listed with multiple other realtors and getting no results. She was truly wonderful and had our "unsellable" home sold in record time despite the bad sellers market. 5 years later she was there for us once again. After looking for a home on our own for several months and not finding anything we liked within our budget, we decided to give Amanda a call. Within the first 5 minutes of being on the phone with her, she went online and found something that we would never have found. She altered our search criteria and broadened the parameters and boom! There was our new house! Her expertise in knowing her business and her clientele helped us land the ideal property. During the negotiations she was always available and very responsive. I wish I could say the same for the other realtor. Despite dealing with an unreachable and ineffective listing agent and a very difficult seller, Amanda stayed engaged until the deal was done. Without giving up any personal information, I have to say she went way above and beyond to make the deal work out in our favor and we were able to close in a reasonable amount of time. We highly recommend Amanda and will absolutely be giving her a call if we ever buy or sell a home again. Thanks Amanda! :)
