I have used Mandy as a realtor four times now. My first experience was her helping me find a rental. She was very professional and spent a lot of time with me to find the perfect home even though she wasn't gaining a commission at the time and I dragged her all over town. A couple years later she helped me sell a property, purchase a new home, and sell yet another home later on. She responds to my texts or calls immediately. It is obvious to me that Mandy wants what is best for me and my family, she never pushed me to make a sale, and let me take my time when needed. She knows the market very well and prices accordingly. When we needed to make changes as requested during an inspection period, Mandy knew exactly what contractors to call and take care of it ASAP without me needing to worry.
