Words cannot express my appreciation for a job well done. Amanda was patience and understanding. My uncle and I had to deal with a squatter that was problematic and finally had to be removed by the sheriff's department. My uncle had to move out and the squatter took over the entire house. Amanda worked with me and our legal counsel for his removal. He also stole items that we had to replace and Amanda coordination the installation and communications between several parties that allowed me, as my uncle's personal representative, to not be present during much of the sales process. Amanda was/is truly awesome!! My husband told her exactly what we wanted and she hit the floor running and did not let up until we closed. We found out she didn’t have to be in the closing, but she was because that’s what she does. We truly, truly appreciate Amanda and look forward to our next closing. 😁😁❤️❤️
