Working with Amanda was an absolute dream. She is incredibly knowledgable, honest, reliable, and trustworthy, which are all super important qualities to have in a real estate agent. From the first meeting with Amanda, she treated us like we had a multimillion dollar home. She was incredibly respectful and realistic with the market we were in and what we could get for our home, etc. We set an ambitious goal with Amanda for the price we wanted to sell our home at, and ultimately she negotiated with the buyers to reach that goal - which put us in a great position to buy our next home. Amanda always made sure she was available to see houses with us, and in the few times she wasn’t, she made sure to go look at the home on her own after the fact in case there was anything important that we should consider or that we may have missed in our initial walkthrough. Not only is Amanda an incredibly skilled agent, she also has a lot of connections with various contractors, which was extremely helpful when we needed to make minor fixes before moving out of the home we sold, and when wanting to make updates to the home we were moving into. I can’t say enough great things about Amanda. I will 100% be referring her to anyone that needs help selling or buying a home. She is the BEST!

As we went through our first experience with buying a home, Amanda was amazing start to finish! She is excellent at listening to what we say we want, getting to know us and then provided us with options that exceeded our expectations! She was so easy to work with, is pleasant and courteous to everyone she comes in contact with. It's clear she loves her work! I like that she was polite and kind to everyone as we went through the process of counter offers and negotiations because it honored the manner in which we like to work with others. She took her cues from us but wasn't afraid to challenge us or offer us a bigger dream. She treated us like we were her most important priority eventhough she was juggling multiple buyers and sellers and contstantly in high demand. She never took her eye off our ball and got us answers to every question. She was always calm, collected and friendly yet she was clear in her communication about what to expect. I can't say enough about our experience with Amanda. I recommend her to anyone, whether first time buyers or pros, she is the best!!

In a market that was anything but easy, Amanda went through thick and thin for us. We moved back to San Diego after being in an amazing home Austin, Texas. We really wanted something move-in ready with only minimal projects and very updated. Amanda found the best properties for us to look at and made sure we saw every home that fit our needs and budget right away - she is SO on the ball. We did not get the first house we put an offer on (it sold for WAY over asking) and we were very discouraged, but Amanda knew that wasn't the house for us and made sure we stayed hopeful and positive. Her optimistic attitude made this process enjoyable. When we were frustrated, she was there with encouragement and optimism. The house we ended up buying is everything we wanted and more. When we found it, it was already pending - we thought we had missed out big time on a great home, but Amanda kept in touch with the agent and built a relationship. The house ended up falling out of escrow and because of the thorough job Amanda did and the relationship she fostered with the agent, we were able to put an offer on the house while it was off market! Home buying is very personal and has its ups and downs. Amanda is someone you can not only trust to do an amazing job finding you a home, but trust to guide you through a process that has its highs and lows. Her calm and persistent attitude and her very savvy skills made the process seamless. She is sharp, on the ball, extremely communicative and gets the job done. We were so very pleased with every step of the process working with Amanda. From start to finish she was on our side working to find not only a house for us, but a home - a home that fit us perfectly and at the end of the day felt like it was made for us.
