While being stationed in Germany we decided to purchase a home in Colorado Springs prior to arrive to our new Duty Station(Fort Carson) and after talking with some real estate agents we decided to work with Amanda. We were very impressed with her. She demonstrated to be knowledgeable with the local housing market, extremely responsive, outstanding communication skills, and her attention to detail were very impressive. Amanda was recommended to us by our realtor in Denver. We had spoken to several other real estate agents prior to speaking with Amanda and we were not impressed. From our first meeting, Amanda was smart about the rental market and was honest with us about the houses we were looking at. She genuinely wanted us to get a house that would work well for our family, she wasn't interested in just getting the sale. She was able to recommend contractors for the inspections we needed and we were always impressed with her recommendations. She walked with us through the process of getting the house we wanted to buy meth tested, as well as general inspection, radon, etc. She was prompt to respond to requests to see houses, even last minute. Due to our move to the Springs from Denver, we couldn't always see houses when the immediately went on the market and she was willing to do YouTube tours for us. She helped us find a home to purchase very very quickly! She was amazing and we are forever grateful for her help and hard work for us! She's the BEST!
