Amanda is an overall great realtor. She was quick to understand what I was looking for in a house and very diligent in her search. She was quick to respond to listings I was interested in and did her research. There were a few minor issues in the purchase agreement and negotiations that were mainly caused by poor communication amongst the listing agent and Loan Officer but all were resolved and we closed on my house after about 2-3 months from initially speaking with Amanda. She's a great person, very friendly, hard working and genuinely cares about your best interest. I would recommend her to any first time home buyer or seller.
