Amanda provided her own items to enhance the look and feel of the vacant house. She arranged for professional photographs of the property including overhead shots from a drone. Using her detailed knowledge of the community, Amanda wrote a description of the property that attracted many prospective buyers. Amanda held open houses and followed up with the other agents who showed the property. She stayed on top of the process and kept me informed.
