She also does a great job of talking to the sellers' realtors to understand their priorities which is helpful in shaping offers. When helping you sell, she is very direct and honest about what you can expect. She has a lot of marketing expertise and can get your listing in front of many potential buyers. She also does a great job of getting intel from potential buyers that is helpful in negotiation. Amanda also has a fantastic professional network, whether that be her own associates, a lawyer for the closing, someone to make updates and/or stage for sale. I have used contractors that she has recommended multiple times and have always been happy with the price and quality of service.
