We we not really looking to see our home. We knew it was a possibility down the line. Amanda came to our home and made such an impression on us that we decided not to use previous relators, or even my best friends sister company. She was personable, and it was all about us. She would field calls and emails early or late. When we had an issue, she had a solution. In fact, she not only made the process easy, she was the process. She found us countless quotes, advocated for us to the city permit office, built relationships to get contingent work done, I mean I really cannot say enough about her. You have no idea what it's like to sell a home built in the 1960's. Murphys Law here, everything did go wrong. But Amanda literally had an option and an answer. We got the price she said we would, and she literally sold that house herself. She was part real estate agent, part project manager, part psychologist, and all the consummate professional. We not only consider her to be an awesome agent, but we consider her our friend.
