Amanda has been wonderful. My wife and I went in just looking for homes not sure if we even wanted to buy. We had no idea what to look for or what to even ask. From day one Amanda was there for us. She got to know us and was able to understand what we needed and were looking for. She made our home buying experience so easy. Not only did we find an amazing Relator, but we also found a friend. Amanda is amazing. My husband and I were out of state buyers and were looking at homes in several states. There was a home in Anderson that we wanted to see remotely via video, and Amanda gave the showing 110% despite the fact that it was highly likely we wouldn't end up buying a home in that area due to our broad search radius. The showing was perfect and highly meticulous. We ended up feeling really good about the home, so we bought it, site unseen. During the whole contract period, Amanda worked extremely hard to help us with inspections and getting estimates on repairs from contractors. She gave 110% in every aspect, including in helping us on a few things post-sale. She was also so knowledgeable about the area, including home values, and had such a great, careful eye for aspects of the home, such as quality of the roof and windows. We couldn't be happier, and we will always recommend her to others.
