She caught mistakes other realtors made before they became a bigger issues. She can’t make people buy what they either don’t want or can’t afford. It was a process on everyone. She worked thru every issue and than handed it off to me. It was a very difficult sell between the landlord scaring people off and the market conditions. I’m sure everyone learned something. Amanda is great at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks

Amanda and Ginny did an amazing job organizing the sale of my home. Though my personal situation was difficult, they communicated professionally through text and phone calls. They worked promptly and efficiently as tasks needed to be completed and made the process a breeze. Thank you for the great service you provided!

Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent communication.

This team was amazing to work with. The buying experience was easy and they go above and beyond with their service. We highly recommend working with these lovely ladies. Thanks for everything and if we need another realtor in the area we would be happy to work with you again.

Personable, approachable and easy to work with. Knowledgeable about the area. Follows up on requests.

Amanda is extremely helpful. Will walk you through from beginning to end. Our home buying experience was no stress at all with her by our side.

Amanda has now helped me sell 2 homes and purchase 1. She was so helpful and transparent with all the questions and information I needed throughout the process. She will continue to be my realtor.

I was very happy with my experience with Ginny and Amanda. They are professionals with amazing experience. A process that is generally known as stressful was much easier thanks to these wonderful and knowledgeable women. I feel blessed to have been able to have them as my real estate agents.

Amanda was very knowledgeable, professional and always had our best interests in mind. She handled all details in an efficient manner and thought outside the box when it came to our somewhat unconventional home purchase in a state we were unfamiliar with. We highly recommend Amanda's services, and we will be using her again in the future.

Amanda did a very good job in the selling of property for my Mother's Trust. She was very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Phoenix area and in recommending items to be addressed with the property to increase the opportunity for a successful sale. I would strongly recommend Amanda for any interested parties wanting to sell property.

Ginny and Amanda exceeded my expectations at all stages of my sale. I know a lot of realtors in town and choose three of the best to interview for the listing, I couldn't be happier with my choice. I received great advice from the start to the end. And often in between, a calming voice to the stressful process of listing/showing/selling that was needed in this crazy market. I've lived in Flagstaff for the past 30 years plus. Ginny and Amanda were the best choice and the right choice for me. Thank you for all your hard work and job well done! I highly recommend their services!

Amanda is hands down one of the best realtors in Arizona. We are beyond happy with our journey of buying and selling at the same time in this crazy market with Amanda. We could not have gotten through it without her. Her patience, professionalism, kindness, honesty, education and willingness to find the right house for our family goes unmatched. Selling a house during the process of buying can be stressful. Amanda was on it, with everything. She gave us amazing recommendations that we will continue to use. We learned a lot from Amanda, and will continue to utilize her and will recommend her to everyone we know and is in need of Realtor. Thank You Amanda, for EVERYTHING!
