We used Amanda Levine to buy our home in Gainesville, GA in April and she was amazing. Being out of state, it was hard to find houses on our own. Amanda was referred to us, and I am glad we went with her. She is kind, personable, leaves her own feelings and bias at the door unless asked. She is very professional, and knowledgeable about Georgia real estate. At first we were out of state and she was very active in giving us listings to look at. When we found places to look at, she drove by the houses and got a feeling for the neighborhoods. When we found the house we fell in love with, Amanda was there touring the house on a video call with us, making arrangements to help us get inspections. She was available by text, call and email pretty much at all times, and answered any questions we had. Our closing process was drawn out, and she was patient and kind with us helping us close our house. She really went above and beyond to help us get everything the lenders needed from us, worked with inspectors and helped us during the long drawn out closing. At one point she was more of a friend, and a free therapist than a realtor. I would and have recommended Amanda to everyone and anyone looking to buy a house, or sell a house because I am sure she is amazing with the later as well. She truly cares about her clients and willing to help them anyway she can. You won't find a better realtor.
