Excellent Experience with buying a home, under the guidance of Amanda!
With the Market against the buyer, we went in with confidence knowing Mrs.Ledbetter had the knowledge and experience we needed. After many months of trying to find our perfect home Mrs.Ledbetter found us the perfect fit for our family. We were blessed to have her and how wonderful she navigated the dealings with a very difficult selling agent is beyond me. From negotiating to lack of communication from selling agent she took us all the way to closing with a peace of mind. Feeling she had our best interest first and foremost was So refreshing in our endeavors to find our new home.
