Simply The Best!!

My husband and I began our house hunting journey with the mindset that we "didn't need an agent". We spent several weeks trolling Zillow, Realtor.com, etc... going to open houses, requesting showings from listing agents and dodging requests to sign contracts. One day we requested a showing from a listing agent (Amanda). Upon meeting her; we were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of the market we were interested in (Dunedin)...tough market. She gently interviewed us about what we were looking for and what was important to us. There were no pressure tactics to sign with her and she would "find us our dream home" ; rather there was just a reassurance; that "if" we wanted help, she was available and would work hard for us to help us realize our dream of owning a home in a rather specific area of Dunedin. My husband and I walked out of that showing; looked at each other and knew we were going to hire her as our agent. Best decision we could have made. Her motivation, knowledge of the market and ever growing knowledge of "us" and exactly what we were looking for allowed us to focus on the area and homes that we were truly interested in rather than chasing squirrels...so to speak. After a lengthy search process, we hit Eureka!! We truly feel that our home purchase was successful because of Amanda's tenacity at making sure we were the first to see the home and the first offer to be made. She knew, as did we, the first moment we saw it.. that this was "the one" and she did not waste any time helping our dream come to fruition! She is authentic, hard-working and quite frankly just a lot of fun to work with! Highly recommend Amanda for your real estate needs. If and when we ever sell our dream home; she will be our first call.
