My husband and I began our house hunting journey with the mindset that we "didn't need an agent". We spent several weeks trolling Zillow, Realtor.com, etc... going to open houses, requesting showings from listing agents and dodging requests to sign contracts. She knew, as did we, the first moment we saw it.. that this was "the one" and she did not waste any time helping our dream come to fruition! It seems pretty normal to be disappointed with a realtor experience, but Amanda exceeded our expectations. She was very clear and upfront about her services, and was detailed and attentive right from the start. She was also very honest and insightful when providing guidance on the many big decisions that need to be made when selling a home. She also had great communication. I always felt confident knowing I'd hear from her the moment there was an update. I was especially impressed with the imagery she did for the home. She has a great eye for what sells. We had 2 offers within a week and were able to get a price point we were very happy with. We were in a bit of a complex situation due to the fact that we were working through a relocation company and she was able to navigate us through everything, making a stressful situation much more manageable. We were already moved out for most of the process and she handled everything on the ground for us. Despite a few complications, closing happened smoothly and on schedule!
