Amanda did an incredible job helping me sell my home in Ocala while I was living in another state. She took care of so many details to get the house ready to show that I just wasn't able to (or had forgotten to prior to leaving Florida). She even showed up with some spackle for a hole in a bedroom wall. When I needed to send a locksmith, Amanda was there to meet them with limited notification. She was very informative, keeping me up to date on all the showings and offers. She was very organized and made sure I had all the necessary documents signed before leaving the country for vacation. Due to her experience and expertise, Amanda knew how to advertise the house so it received a lot of showings. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
