From us the buyers to the seller, home inspector, appraisers, Mortgage / loan officer ( and her team ), HOA, Insurance Agent, Title Company and other people who made this purchase successful. I could write a book about how amazing Amanda and Brandon are. Buying a home is scary, stressful and million other emotions. With that being said, I hit the jackpot when I met Amanda. She always made sure to explain everything to me, even when I would ask the same question a bunch of times. She was available whenever I needed her. This was very important because of my work schedule. Working overnight and some weekends, she was always a call, text or email away. Our dreams of becoming a homeowner are true because of Amanda.

We contacted Amanda because she quickly sold a property in my area. She was patient with us. She explained the process and the paperwork. We needed a little time to finish a couple of projects. She did some preliminary marketing and had us a full price offer before the House was officially on the market. She communicated well with us throughout the process. She went above and beyond her duties and helped us close old permits our city failed to correctly close out. I highly recommend her.
