My sister and I live in Virginia. We were introduced to Amanda after our Aunt, who lived in Southern Pines, NC, passed away. Selling a house while in another state is overwhelming. So many questions surface...what is the market like here, what do we do with the items in the house, how often do we need to travel to NC??? Fortunately a realtor friend of my sister did some research for realtors in Southern Pines, and Amanda was the only one to call her back. My sister's friend "vetted" Amanda from a real estate agent perspective and was very impressed. She pass on my contact information and Amanda reached out to me immediately. When my sister and I called her, Amanda was so kind and very familiar with the area we were selling in...she lived a mile away. She was excited to have the opportunity to work with us. When we drove to NC to start the process she was able to meet with us immediately, we had 2 days to get the ball rolling. Amanda gave us several names of Estate Lawyers that she had worked with, she had a game plan on how to empty the house, and because of her knowledge of the market she presented us with a nice asking price. Before leaving, she took great pictures and filled us in on how the process would work. My brother and I really liked her energy and personality. We meet for less than an hour but we walked away knowing we were in good hands. Within a week we had a offer. We were able to handle everything electronically, and Amanda was always a quick text away to answer any questions we had. The process went very smoothly and closing went quickly. If I lived in Southern Pines I would use Amanda for all of my real estate needs and highly recommend her.
