Before leaving, she took great pictures and filled us in on how the process would work. My brother and I really liked her energy and personality. We meet for less than an hour but we walked away knowing we were in good hands. Within a week we had a offer. We were able to handle everything electronically, and Amanda was always a quick text away to answer any questions we had. The process went very smoothly and closing went quickly. If I lived in Southern Pines I would use Amanda for all of my real estate needs and highly recommend her.
