Amanda did a great job of staging the home and pricing it. She hired contractors to do what needed to be done to clean up the place and make it look move-in ready, all at a reasonable price. The house sold within the first weekend.
Mandy is a delight to work with. We were very impressed with her listening to our needs and providing us with ideal properties to evaluate. She had knowledge on the pros/cons of various subdivisions, insights on mortgages, inspectors, and title companies, keen negotiation skills, and expertise in the managing the process.
