As an out-of-state property owner, I needed a realtor who I could trust to sell my home without my having to worry about anything. From the beginning I felt reassured. Amanda was responsible, positive, and pro-active. She went above and beyond, helping my renter relocate and arranging for repairs before even listing. If something needed to happen, Amanda got it done. Her communication skills are excellent, and I always knew what was happening.
