Proves herself again
This was my third time utilizing Amanda. She does not disappoint whether it be buying or selling. For this case, it was for assisting in a purchase. As with many properties for sale in this area, an HOA and COA was involved. I had concerns and items I wanted to be rectified before Closing. Amanda contacted the HOA/COA representative on my behalf and was able illicit swift responses. Amanda was persistent in following up with the representative which resulted in all items of concern being addressed before Closing. She continues to deliver and proves herself to be an exemplary Real Estate expert.
