My Experience with Amanda was a great one. We spent an entire day and then some looking at houses in STL. I was unfamiliar with the area having come from Oklahoma so I didn't know very basic things like where to get my electric and water and sewer and trash. Amanda was a great help in facilitating everything on the STL side and informing me of a lot of basic things, including what foods STL is "famous" for, like toasted raviolis and Imo's Pizza. When it came time to negotiate for the house, Amanda was able to get me a new roof for a negligible increase on the house price despite that the previous owner hadn't wanted to make many repairs. I was very happy with the process. It was stressful, but it could probably have been a lot more stressful without her help. 10/10 recommend.
