Amanda is the best real estate agent I’ve worked with, she listens to exactly what you’re looking for, and doesn’t show you anything other than want you want. She showed us multiple properties over the year it took us to find our new home and she was never phased by anything I said or looked over and never mentioned settling. All she would say if my wife or I mentioned it not being perfect was “Just wait what you guys want will pop up”. Well it finally did and she stopped everything (at her kids sports event I might add) and did paperwork to make sure it was in contract before we lost it.
