Amanda was a joy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area, the market, the construction of the homes, and what to look at when touring the homes. She really devotes her time to help you find a house you're comfortable with. We worked with Amanda to purchase a house in an area we were unfamiliar with and were also out of state for much of the process. Amanda was very responsive to my many emails, and had the answers to all my questions. She was very vigilant in watching for properties that came on the market which matched our criteria. She was very flexible with her schedule in order to accommodate us when we came into town to look at houses. This was over the course of about 1 year, and several trips, so we looked at a lot of houses! She and her team also videoed some houses for us to see when we could not physically be there to look at them. Once we decided on the house to purchase, she negotiated hard on our behalf and made the whole buying process run smoothly. Her work didn't stop once we were under contract. As we were out of town for this part, she really went above and beyond to set up all inspections, to be there for all of them and most importantly, she communicated everything to us. We now own a house that is perfect for us thanks to Amanda and her team. We can't say enough good things about the expertise, knowledge, and all the little extra things that Amanda and her team did to make this process a success. We have purchased several houses in the past, and this was by far the best experience, thanks to Amanda and her team. We highly recommend them for any buying or selling that you need to do.
