Amanda was BY FAR the best agent we've ever had, buying or selling. Essentially buying online, and while outside the U.S., we were made so comfortable by her professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency. Amanda sent us videos, with extensive commentary, of exactly the homes desired. One was (and is) perfect, and Amanda not only helped us complete the offer online but she also was present during each home inspection, during which she had me talk with each inspector by phone as well, and she even arranged for the one minor repair to be completed. Amanda even established rapport with the sellers, to our advantage. She found answers to my pickiest questions, including items in the CC&Rs -- one that even the listing broker was unaware of, and which made for an extremely smooth purchase.
