Let me start by saying I was out of state for this entire transaction. My home was partially remodeled when Amanda became our agent. The home still had a decent punch list of things that were to be completed prior to any sale. Amanda acted as my project manager and oversaw everything to completion. ( She did not have to do that) Her willingness to supervise the remodel, took so much stress off my shoulders. Once the home was ready for sale.
