As a first time homebuyer, I was very hesitant to move forward in the process. Amanda was there with me every step of the way. She helped me understand all of the ins and outs of homebuying before even going to see houses so I would have a full understanding and a much better perspective of what I should be looking for. Amanda helped me find the right lender for my needs and also helped me through that process when I had questions. Once we found the perfect house, Amanda kicked into another gear. She was on top of everything, making sure all of the inspections were completed in a timely manner, all issues were fixed expediently, and would provide me with regular updates. If I had questions at any time of the day, however minor, Amanda would promptly respond. She made this process very easy and enjoyable from start to finish and continues to check on me well after closing just to make sure I'm still happy with my home purchase and I'm not having any issues. That is another level of dedication and ensuring client satisfaction. I know personally, I will never use another realtor.
