Amanda came through a recommendation. She is brutally honest, that quality allowed us to fully trust her in prepping our house for sale and benefited us greatly, our house sold in under a week, for well over asking.

Amanda gave us great suggestions about what improvements were necessary (or not) for our neighborhood; always kept us informed about other homes for sale in the area; she was never more than a phone call away. I think that was so important because we always had a load of questions and concerns.

We are so fortunate to have been referred to Amanda Gleason when we began our home search. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient during the search for the right home, entertaining a lot travel through rural areas to make sure that we saw it all. Throughout the past several months, Amanda has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call, email or text no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We always felt that she was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. She stayed the course through a very long and trying, not to mention somewhat frustrating buying process. Amanda is a straight shooter and extremely honest with her clients, which means you never have to wonder about her thoughts or opinions, especially when they matter most. Amanda is very knowledgeable, sweet, and an all around great person. She helped us find our first home and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. First off, let me start by saying this was my first house. On top of that I was still very new to the state , having only moved to Michigan that same year. And on top of that, I was 23 years old with absolutely no idea how the real estate market worked. I'm so happy I got to work with Amanda, because when it comes to real estate, she's practically perfect in every way. From the very start she listened to what I wanted and told me what to expect. She explained everything I wanted to know and then went even further to emphasize how it would impact my current buying situation. I called her only looking to talk about how to go through the home buying process, and in less than 2 months I had bought the perfect house for me. She's crazy dedicated, and she seriously cares about the people with whom she works. No lie, Amanda actually cared more than some of my family members. She understood that with me buying a house for the first time, things can get stressful. I could call her with any tiny thing that was freaking me out at the moment, and she would take the time to first tell me everything was going to be okay before she started explaining my problem. She'll go out of her way to get your question answered. I cannot recommend Amanda enough. Five stars does not do her justice. She deserves all the stars.

Amanda is a great realtor. She’s helped us when buying and selling. She is very knowledgeable and professional and took the stress off of us whenever possible. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
