Amanda was very easy to work with and did a lot to make this sale work. A big challenge for her was to get the buyer to agree to a 3 month delayed closing and at the last minute she had to deal with some small issues on the day of closing. She pulled it together to everyone’s satisfaction!

It’s not ideal to buy a property so far away and with the crazy market that didn’t really allow for us to jump on a plane to go view houses before they were off the market. TL;DR: Amanda is awesome and we would recommend her. Full story: We were first-time home buyers, and Amanda was there for us every step of the way. She was very knowledgable about any question we asked, and we asked a ton. Amanda is very much was a straight to the point, no fluff agent and we deeply appreciated that. She is the right level of hands off/hands on that we haven't seen in other agents. During the crazy times of the first week after the offer and the last week before closing she was very responsive and organized.
