Once we got to showings, she continued listening and adapting what she was sending us based on that. She took the time to learn more about the area in which we were looking, and let us know tid-bits the entire process. Once we found the one we knew just had to be our new home, she stopped what she was doing and made every effort to get us that home, and focus on our offer. She answered questions when asked, gave advice/recommendations when requested of her, was genially happy and excited for us and the process, and best of all; when Amanda didn't know the answer to a question, she admitted it with pride and immediately contacted someone in her brokerage that could help her get that answer. She's not happy until you're happy, and in your new home. She's caring, organized, knowledgeable, and best of all - she gets things done the right way.
