Amanda showed us many houses over a period of time. She knew the special points about each house and was always very personal but still professional. She took the time to learn of our special needs and difficulties with downsizing after 40 plus years. We have every intention of using her when we are finally able to put our old home on the market!
Amanda is SO on-top-of-it! You ask her a question or make a request, and she immediately goes in to action. She listed closely as we talked about what we wanted before actually going to any showings. Once we got to showings, she continued listening and adapting what she was sending us based on that. She took the time to learn more about the area in which we were looking, and let us know tid-bits the entire process. Once we found the one we knew just had to be our new home, she stopped what she was doing and made every effort to get us that home, and focus on our offer. She answered questions when asked, gave advice/recommendations when requested of her, was genially happy and excited for us and the process, and best of all; when Amanda didn't know the answer to a question, she admitted it with pride and immediately contacted someone in her brokerage that could help her get that answer. She's not happy until you're happy, and in your new home. She's caring, organized, knowledgeable, and best of all - she gets things done the right way.
