I have never experienced a more professional level of service in buying or selling a home. Amanda's desire to help me find the perfect home for me was amazing. I was impressed on a daily basis with her attention to detail, her willingness to meet me at any time to look at available properties as they became available. She never made me feel pressured to buy any of the properties we looked at, always reassuring me that the right one was out there. Amanda's wealth of knowledge in the complete real estate process was not only refreshing but put my mind at ease knowing I was getting the best service available. On a personal level, I was always impressed with Amanda's constant upbeat, positive attitude, her easy going nature and her desire to make sure I was completely happy in finding what I wanted. Amanda was amazing to work with, as I sold my condo. She was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding. She never made me feel any type of emotion besides happiness. Also, she was very quick at responding to messages and phone calls. Amanda also was happy to answer questions regarding the purchase of my childhood home, even though we were not using her services for our purchase (I purchased through my parents and did not require an agent - or I would have went with Amanda hands down). Amanda was by far the best realtor we've ever had the pleasure of working with. She had a big task of finding a home for us while we were in the process of relocating to Utah. She was determined to find a home that would fit our lifestyle and family without even meeting us in person. She knew exactly what to ask and really took the time to get to know us so she could direct us into the perfect neighborhood. When it came down to finding our home she not only looked at houses we recommended but she looked outside the box and ultimately found our home. She devoted her time before we even had the chance to visit Utah by previewing homes we liked and FaceTiming walk throughs. Once we did visit Utah to look for homes she was incredibly prepared for us with a list of homes we would see each day. Knowing that we were not familiar with the areas she showed us several neighborhoods, shopping centers and schools. She pointed out places she knew we would take interest in and fit our needs. Ultimately we chose the home she found. Once the decision was made she continually kept in contact with us to facilitate the sale to go smoothly since we had to wrap up things back in Texas. Moving is stressful enough and she made the transition a pleasure. We couldn't be happier with our choice in working with her and know that she will be a part of our lives here in the future.
