Amanda was extremely knowledgeable in her job! We were amazed at the way she explained everything to us, things we didn’t even know we needed to know. She answered questions before we even asked them. She walked us through every single step from the day we met her. Our sell was made difficult by the buyers & their (friend realtor). Amanda met each & every situation with a smart solution. She is a problem solver. We always had immediate access to her, 24/7 by phone, text, & email. We found Amanda through our Florida Realtor & what a blessing she has been to us! In the end we think we have found a new friend we hope to cherish for years to come. She is not only the best Realtor we have ever had (we have had many in our 20 plus years of military life) but a sweet & caring lady as well. She’s a treasure & earns her pay. We can’t say enough good about her. SHE IS SIMPLY THE BEST !!!
