We met Amanda at an open house, and after speaking with her for just a few minutes, I knew I wanted her to be my agent in our hunt for the right home. She was very knowledgeable, and was very patient with me, as my disabilities slow me down in many ways. I believe we listed at the right price, and received offers the first week, one of which became our selling contract. Amanda listened closely to what my husband and I were looking for in our next home, and patiently looked for properties that might suit our needs. We saw many properties, and finally decided on a condo that we now love! If, for some unknown reason, we end up moving again, Amanda will be the first call I make!
