It had been years since I'd bought or sold a house and Amanda was a dream to work with. She is professional yet warm and friendly. She was responsive by phone, email, and text. Amanda Davis is the absolute BEST real estate agent. She is very responsive by phone, text, and email. She listened me when I told her my preferences for houses and regularly sent me listings that fit my criteria. She educated me about the house bidding and buying process since it had been decades since I'd bought a house. She gave me several resources, including a list of maintenance-provided communities after a duplex in a community that I loved was lost to another bidder. She recommended the inspection service (Metro Property Inspection) that I used for pre-inspections for two homes I was considering buying and she helped me prepare a winning bid on the perfect home I recently bought. I used the same inspection service that I would also highly recommend for multiple inspections on my future home. She seemed as excited as I was about getting that home. Since then, she gave me a list of things to do, has gotten answers to questions from the seller, and has advised me about the closing process. I have told all my friends about Amanda and can recommend her without any reservations. You won't be disappointed if you hire her to buy your next house. I am going to be using Amanda to sell my house. I'm sure I'll be just as happy or happier with Amanda when my house sells.
