While my family and I have known Amanda for many years (her legendary mom sold my parents their property more than 50 years ago!), I was completely unprepared for the scope of her incredible talent. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and savvy about the market, with unerring instincts about the area and canny insights into people. But she is more than simply talented: Amanda is deeply thoughtful, kind (but tough, too, in all the right ways), and remarkably generous. She went out of her way, above and beyond, in every phase of our work together to make our lives smoother and easier. We were selling our home out of state and Amanda literally took care of everything that needed to be done -- things that would have necessitated extra time-consuming/labor-intensive trips for us to accomplish.
