I found my house on Zillow and looked to see who the listing was, which was Amanda, and I contacted her directly so that she could get both sides of the commission. I always do that to help out the listing agent since I did not use a realtor. She was fantastic. She led me to many inspectors, surveyors, etc. that were very knowledgeable and was timely in meeting them at the property for inspections. Anything that I needed, I either texted her or called her and she responded in just a few minutes. She is always available to you and goes above and beyond for her customers. On a side note, she is a great gardener and identified all of the plants in the yard to make sure that I did not mow over them and offered to spray the yard (almost an acre) for ticks, etc. because she is also very knowledgeable in that area. I could not have received better treatment if I had not found her. Will use her for all of my future sales and purchases!!~!!!

Amanda is an expert in my area and did a great job in advising the best selling price. She did a great job for advertising. Then her communication with me was flawless. Once we had a buyer, she worked with the buyer and made the transaction very smooth. She is hard working and competent. Highly recommend! Prople like her are rare. It was a very good pleasure working with Mrs. Cartwright, she is very helpful with all my questions that i asked and is a very to the point person who doesn't give you the run around nor false information! Even though the other listings realtor was obnoxious and hard to work with on a timely manner! She was willing to go the extra mile for her clients, always giving updates as soon as she received them! My over all experience working with her was fantastic and she should definitely deserve a raise! Not just a 5 out of 5 review but maybe a 10 or a 10.5 to describe her abilitys to preform exclecens! If Amanda didn't tell me she was new(ish) to real estate, I would've thought she was a seasoned pro! She maneuvered the channels and locks of the murky rivers of Florida realty like an old and trusted friend at the helm. Her confidence and enthusiasm was backed up by hustle and determination. When I was getting down about my prospects, she said, "We are going to sell this property!" And two weeks later, we were in contract! She wasn't being a Pollyanna, she had her ear to the ground, she knew my property and the market, and she knew it would sell. She's easy to talk to, and is a good listener when you need to whine about your fears and concerns. She knows North Central Florida like the back of her hand, and she's a straight shooter. I'd recommend her to a friend if they were moving here, and to an enemy if they were moving away, cuz she'd get it done quick and clean! A plus!
