Amanda Caracuzzo is an excellent realtor who made my home buying process an enjoyable experience. Amanda is professional in all facets of her job. She is extremely knowledgeable and highly organized. In addition, at no point did I feel pressured by Amanda to make a purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to work with her.

I have worked with many realtors and Amanda outshines them all. She stands out because she truly has a heart for her clients. Amanda’s number one priority is client satisfaction and it is clear through every step of the process. She made sure our home had everything in our list and got us a fantastic deal! She worked hard with the sellers to make sure all small repairs identified in the inspection report were fixed prior to closing and she personally checked on them. As a first time home buyer I was pretty overwhelmed, but Amanda was able to answer every question I had and even emailed me a detailed explanation of all of the closing documents.

Amanda worked with us for months to find the right house. When it didn’t happen right away she found us a great rental. We rented for a year and then started looking to buy again. She found us the perfect house and we got it for tens of thousands less than it appraised for. She really cares about putting someone in the right home rather than just trying to sell something to make money. We’ll be using her as long as we’re in South Florida and would recommend her to anyone!

Amanda was incredible to work with on the sale of my home. My home was listed for 2 years with no offers and Amanda sold it within 2 months of having the listing. She was knowledgeable of the area, provided me with comps, and gave me 'tips' on how to best get my house sold. She was honest about where she believed the price would sell and we ended up getting full asking price! Amanda was professional, provided feedback from potential buyers, held multiple open houses/showings and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.
