I had already relocated out of FL when I decided to sell my condo in St. Petersburg. Amanda came highly recommended. I immediately liked her, she was very friendly and responsive. I loved my neighborhood in the Edge district of St. Pete, it’s a very special area that’s up and coming (but established to those of us who had been living there for eight+ years). Amanda knew so much about the area, I would have thought she had been a long time resident too! As a first-time seller, I had a lot of questions and Amanda was patient and very knowledgeable; she explained everything in detail (probably more than once!) to me when needed. She arranged to have my place professionally painted and staged, and did a lot more than I thought an agent was required to do. She kept in contact with me via regular texts, emails and phone calls, and I never had to wait for her to return a call or message. She sold my place in less than three months at a price I was very happy with, and I didn’t need to return to FL for any of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Now that I’m looking for a new home, I wish I could clone her as my agent in my new location!

She immediately arranged for the remaining furniture to be donated, upgraded the online listing considerably with better pictures & write up, and had helpful advice on how to spruce up the aesthetics in creative, effective ways. Even though it was the holidays and a traditionally slow time, she nonetheless aggressively marketed the property via weekly open houses and kept up continual contact to update us on any interest. This hard work and tenacity was directly responsible for the increased interest the property received during this time and led to subsequent quick offers. Her calm, collected demeanor and detail-oriented nature were also appreciated during the inevitable bumps in the road and surprises that pop up during the offer and closing process. I highly recommend Amanda as an honest, hard-working real estate agent and have no trouble recommending her to friends in the area.
From my initial meeting with Amanda until closing, I have nothing but praise about how Amanda handled the sale of my unit. She is a highly-skilled agent who constantly demonstrates a professional demeanor. Her communication is timely and her follow-through skills are excellent. Amanda has been our agent in buying and selling two properties including a condo in downtown St. Pete and pool house. Amanda handled the sale of our condo while we were in a different state. She handled all of the showings, kept the place presentable, handled any repairs and kept us constantly up to date. Basically she did it all and sold our condo for just above what we wanted to get for it. I couldn't be happier with the easy process she presented.
