Amanda helped us sell our home in Vail, AZ. I have a very Type A personality and probably interviewed all the top agents for 3 months straight. I was always left feeling as though it was a cheap sales pitch of what I wanted to hear, not what I needed to know to sell my home. Amanda responded to my very neurotic post and I must admit, she handled me perfectly! From the initial greeting meeting to putting her foot down with the photographer, I never worried at all with her. She communicated every step of the way and if she didn't have the answer right away, she found it! She attended any inspections or repairs when I requested, which helped me tremendously! (If you haven't sold a house in awhile it can be a bit of a time suck.) Her marketing blast really boosted the visibility of our home! We received multiple offers and were under contract within 48 hours of listing! When one offer fell through, she once more stunned us and was able to establish an even better backup offer and we were under contract again less than 12 hours later. During negotiations and at the close of sale she took care of everything for us! When the termite companies couldn't get it together she brokered a deal to ensure closing was not in jeporady. She really can do it all! I am so bummed we did not get to use her for our relocation outside of town.
