Amanda went above and beyond to help us get the house ready to put on the market and did everything quickly to negotiate and get the house closed. She helped us find contractors and made sure everything was done properly, communicated with the buyers realtors and set up all of the closing. She made what could have been a difficult project go very smoothly.
