I first met Amanda a few years ago when she was selling a neighbor's house in my mother's townhouse community. We watched Amanda not only show the house, but show the entire neighborhood. Im not one to write reviews, however, I felt compelled to share my experience with anyone looking to find an excellent realtor. Amanda Bishop is very competent and knowledgeable. From day one she was very much on top of things. She was not at all a pushy sales person. When I expressed an interest she showed up with a folder and laid out many comps in the area presenting a whole timelines as to how things usually go when getting a property ready to be sold. She explained everything so that I could clearly understand. Amanda explained that she offers a home warranty which I believe makes the buyers more at ease. She also made suggestions as to changes or upgrades that could be made in order to get the best offer for the property but always let it be understood that the final decision was mine. She was very quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to help even to the point of helping empty our garage. Amanda was very professional in every way. She is not only knowledgeable about the market, she is also a strong negotiator and willing to go to bat for her clients. She is a great communicator, patient and very kind. We are very happy with the amount we were able to sell our property for and recommend Amanda Bishop to anyone who finds themselves in need of a realtor.
