Amanda was a God send . She showed up for me in a way that these reviews will never match. I met her in May of 2021 when I was just looking for an apartment. We kept in touch over the next few months. When the duplex I lived in came up for sale. We bid on it. Her advice to get the unit inspected saved me from making a huge mistake. She didn't let that stop us. She picked me up and we searched for my forever home. We bid and I got the house. In the meantime, The owners of the duplex kicked me out since they didn't pass inspection for sale. I had to stay with family but best believe the whole time Amanda was there. Keeping me calm. Reassuring me I would be home soon. She went above and beyond even after I bought this beautiful duplex I had to wait to move in. It was frustrating but she did her best. Amanda patiently helped us find a home. We had an extremely specific set of requirements, which Amanda understood and showed us homes that met our requirements. She showed us some homes that, on the surface, didn’t meet our requirements, but explained how the home could be readily adapted to meet our needs. Amanda exceeded the level of effort we’ve experienced with other realtors in the past. We eventually found the right home in the right location for the right price, largely due to Amanda’s efforts at guiding us through our search.

Amanda was very helpful with finding our house. She made sure that we were able to tour any house we wanted to ASAP even when it required extra work to get us in. She was honest about things that she saw on the property that we might have missed, she wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We did not feel pressured by her at all.
