I have never worked with an agent so caring and intuitive until I started working with Amanda. She listened to all of our needs and understood why we wanted what we wanted, what lifestyle we were looking for in our home, and found us a ton of options. We put in 1 offer and she consulted us on what type of offer to submit (btw, offer was under asking) and somehow with her expertise, and the Grace of God, the sellers accepted our offer and we got the keys yesterday. I will always refer and recommends Amanda and will continue to work with her for my real estate needs.
