Amanda helped us both when she was a broker for the seller of the house we purchased in Gloucester , and then as the listing agent for our house in Wenham. Her assistance in purchasing the house (where we had to move very quickly) ranged from encouraging us to write a letter to the owner stating why we were a great fit for the house and grounds, to assisting us in finding a local mortgage broker and attorney.
