I recently relocated from Boston MA to West Palm Beach FL. Working with Mandy has been an incredible experience from beginning to end. Mandy understood what I was looking for, researched the right listings for me. She had all the showings lined up and confirmed for the only weekend I was visiting from Boston. I found the perfect home that weekend. Her negotiation skills were remarkable; despite bidding against a cash offer, I got the house at the price I wanted. Mandy dealt directly with my mortgage broker, took care of the inspections, insurance, closing... The entire process could not have been easier. I greatly appreciated all her help especially since I was so far away! I would recommend Mandy in a heart beat! She is phenomenal!
